So this is what i'm up to right now...
Hi guys 'n gals!
As you can see in my picture-section, I'm just starting out, no more, no less.
Besides the ''crap'' you find over there, I'm practicing every day on straights and curves. It's not that I don't like to do them, or have a big confidence about my work but sometimes a try here and there on some ''designs'' is just to get a bit away from a ''nervous breakdown'' if you know what i mean. I also post my pictures to let others take a look at my progress in line-land, and learn from their critics and comments, if I may say so...feel free to C&C!!!
I'm not having any ''Dollar'' signs in my eyes if you think so (i'm from Holland, it should be ''Euro'' signs :P ), I want to stripe just for learning the trade, cause that's how I see it, to take a look at it later and to be proud I've been practicing for such a long time and achieve some personal goals. It would be nice to earn some bucks with it eventualy, but it's not the main reason for me, I respect everybody's vision on everything, even it's not my cup of tea.
Hey, that brings me to another thing! This pinstriping got me away from the booze, I now realize that I've been trowing away valuable time drinking and having a ''good'' time!
Hell, I'm a bit ashamed if I look back at it right now, but nobody's perfect, and there always will come a day you learn from your own misstakes you made in the past, they are a good learning curve for the future I realised a few years ago, when I lost almost everything and was delivered to the streets.
Sorry for getting to close to my situations from the past, that's just not an excuse for doing anything wrong right now, it's done, and can't be reversed, so I'm living with a lesson well learned.
So now I'm beating up my brain by sniffing the paint and sit for hours on my desk, totaly closed for the outside world, doing the thing I want to do, and doing it with a kind of passion I think.
I'm realizing right now that it's time for me to lay down some lines, for I've been wasting it by typing this right here!
Ciao!
