Who is your Daddy and what does he do?
He is retired Navy after 30 years. Then retired again from another job.
What do YOU do?
I work for the City of San Diego in what is more easily referred to as the old Building Inspection dept due to my architectural background. My retirement plan is to pinstripe. I have been pinstriping since 2001and spend my evenings and weekends striping anything that will hold still long enough. If I could pinstripe full time, I would.
How long you been doing it?
Been striping since 2001
You any good at it??
I can hold my own. I will put my line work against anyone. Speed in doing long lines is where others might get me. But that just comes with time.

I am originally from Corpus Christi Texas, but have lived in the San Diego area for approx. 40 years.

What is the thing you hear the most when working a show, whether your a pinstriper, airbrush artist or tattoo artist

I think the one thing I hear the most at a show when I am working is... ready for it..... wait... wait.... here it goes.."that takes a steady hand". I bet nine out of ten people will say that when watching. I am just curious what others hear the most when working a show. Feel free to add your comments.

Another summer all but done.

Its another summer done. Car shows for the season are pretty much coming to an end. Cruise nights are also pretty much done. The biggies for me are now SEMA in November and then striping at the Grand National Roadster show in Pomona at Hot Rods pinstripers reunion. Did it last year and it was a blast. This was actually my first really big year as far as working shows and cruise nights and I must say I am looking forward to next year and doing more.
